Jenny Jacobs is the founder of Pursuit Consulting, bringing a wealth of leadership, strategy, and operational expertise gained from her distinguished 14-year career as a U.S. Naval Aviator. She has flown both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft, including combat logistics missions in the CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter and Gulfstream G-IV (U.S. Navy C-20) in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM.

A dedicated leader, Jenny made history in 2007 as the first female U.S. Naval Aviator to return to flying following a cancer diagnosis. While undergoing treatment for breast cancer, she continued serving on active duty as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Commander, Navy Region Hawaii. Her diverse military career also included serving as a Flag Aide to the Oceanographer of the Navy, where she worked on policy initiatives related to marine mammals, meteorology, and oceanography.

Jenny holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, and an Executive Master’s in Policy Leadership from Georgetown University, where she graduated as a published scholar. She currently serves on Virginia’s Military Advisory Council, supporting service members, Veterans, and their families, and is actively engaged in leadership initiatives within her Williamsburg, VA, community.

With a passion for problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership development, Jenny founded Pursuit Consulting to help organizations and individuals navigate complex challenges, build resilient teams, and drive meaningful change.

She and her husband, retired Navy Captain Jake Jacobs, are proud to call Virginia home, raising their two young children while continuing to serve their community and country.
