Professional Wellness is a newly developed concept that examines the efficacy of leadership and communication styles in both individuals and organizations to highlight areas of improvement in organizational culture, team synergy and strategy development. Professional Wellness encompasses self-life-work balance in an effort to intentionally craft healthy, happy and productive organizations.

What is the pricing structure?
Pursuit Consulting offers a wide range of services from the Corporate Coaching Division to meet any client’s needs and preferences. There are three vehicles for coaching within the Corporate Division: Container Coaching, Catalytic Coaching and Micro-coaching. Container Coaching provides a space for development in a professional circle of non-competitors and is offered from $2500. Catalytic Coaching is a fully customized, one-on-one coaching and consultation service, especially crafted to address client concerns. All services can be customized in frequency and duration to meet client needs and begin at $3000. Micro-coaching offers consultation services billed hourly beginning at $375.
Pricing for the Collegiate Coaching Division realizes the unique place in the careers of emerging leaders, recent graduates and students and is priced accordingly. Please complete a contact form and we’ll be happy to design a program unique to your needs.
